Nice comfortable stay

A must try budget property very close to mall road hosted by very nice person named Amit Sharma. Big neat n clean rooms having nice views of mountains. Staff is helpful in arranging cabs and other kind of support that you need during the stay. At all it was really a pleasant stay and most recommended hotel.

World worst hotel

Pathetic hotel..food such a waste..even animals can't eat that..omg..staff always ready to fight.cant belive any one can stay for one night in this hotel..cold food...smell...and staff 2 people in whole hotel..same waitor..same cleaning staff.. same people sit on reception.this hotel is very far from city..nothing around this hotel.no restaurant to eat food.

Pathetic Stay

We stayed in the property on 30 dec 2020. Following were missing things
1. No wifi
2. No Cable or DTH connection
3. No Electricity back up
4. No room heaters
5. No electric Kettle
6. Burned Electrical Switch
7. Melted handsets
8. Windows are not lockable (we have to shiver whole nite)
Further they Owen 2 more property Neha palace and Manāli green
Never ever plan ur stay at any on these sites

Bad Experience

This is my first time for outstation trip with my wife.
We reached Manali at 9 AM. Early check in was not possible so I kept my luggage to Hotel reception and told him please take care of my luggage. Then we go to Mall Road after some hour's we returned then I found my luggage was outside of the hotel with some other group of traveler's.
When I asked where is my luggage they have no idea where it is.
I told him that my luggage was outside of the hotel and there is no reaction from them.
We picked our luggage from outside and carried to the hotel.
Now Comes to Room
They provided uncleaned room without Towel and Soap.
After request they cleaned room change bedsheet but they did not changed blanket.
I request him for room changing then they provided new room that was also not cleaned.
Now I realize that every room condition is same.
So we managed with same condition room.
Breakfast & Dinner quality is excellent.
