Great hotel in stay

I have stay in hotel navrang kota in last month. Hotel are provide me good services and staff bewehirer is very good. Now room are renovated so looking wise very good. Hotel view is great . hotel is Hart of city. Good room service and house keeping services to good. Food was very excellent. Thanks for all staff and management.

bad experience, avoid this hotel.

Hotel location very isolated from main city, though it looks very near to station, on website.
No facility available, as there is no visitors to this hotel,
It is very difficult to reach railway station in early morning, no public transport available, nearby.
Dont believe the hotel website.
I have cancelled and stayed in other hotel, and reached station in 2 minutes in early morning.
Station road is the best location to stay. Many hotels available in this road.

Bad conditon but owner is a good person

I stayed here to go to shimla by train.
Firstly I was looking for the address "SCO 44 - 45, New Grain Market, Kalka, India" and a booking site showed this location at the around station. But actual location was following coordinates "30.833227, 76.938296". So I spent waste time for 1 hour.
Hotel condition was very bad. No toilet paper and dirty room. I muttered "I just sleep a while so I can sleep. It's possible" million times.
But hotel owner was a good person and he made me get up at 3:00 am to catch a train.
Short rest is OK but stay is bad choise.

Worst Hotel.. Do not go anytime

We had been there on 07th May 15. we chose this hotel considering its proximity to Railway Station. In reality, the hotel is situated far away from Railway Station. It is in remote place in Kalka. We moved into 3 rooms within a span of one night & everyone had one issue or other. Beds were infested with Bed Bugs, Lights, Fans, AC not working. Early morning during train timings, there are no Auto's available & hotel staff has to get one from Road or Station raising our anxiety levels.

Worst Hotel, Very very Bad Staff, Owner

Hi, Dont go for this hotel. After reading all the review from Trip advisor, we decided to stay in this Hotel for one night (15th August, 2014) as we had to pick toy train in early morning for Shimla. When i called this hotel from Delhi they assured about good service and facility about the hotel and hence i booked a family suite for 5 people including myself. My bhabhi is pregnant so wanted to make sure that hotel is good. When we reached hotel they gave us family suite and story starts from here. They refused to give room at the price we spoke but anyway i agreed to pay as i don’t had any option as it was around 9.40pm when we reached Hotel. We booked AC family suite because bhabhi was pregnant and she find uncomfortable in non ac room after travel. But water started coming out from AC and whole bed got wet. Flush was not working in bathroom and there was no light as well. Then after argument they shifted us in two different non ac room but again flush were not working so they shifted us for 3rd time in another two rooms again after argument but it started raining and whole room got flooded with water. Just for notice as earlier review said, it looks like a popular hotel but there were very few people who were staying. All most every room has different issue. I came to know this as was shifted to almost every room. Now disaster happened power went off. There was no generator and electricity did not come till we stayed. I called Mr. Sanjay Nalagarh and told everything but got no help. When we asked to reduce the room amount as there was no light, ac or fan but hotel staff started fighting and owner stopped picking our phone. Trust me it was my worst experience. Don’t go to this hotel. Very very bad people. I called around 10 times but till today owner has not responded or tried to contact us. Also they provide food from some daba and charged very high amount. They charged 3356 rupees for night stay (for AC room even though no ac, power, light, fan) and wrote on bill without electricity (no shame). Don’t don’t stay at this hotel.
