Excellent holiday
We visited last week with family of 4 and had a wonderful holiday at kumarraja resort.
I should really appreciate front office team for so polite and friendly behaviour. They offered well appointed room with clean and well maintained amenities.
Food was ok.
Swimming pool and play area well maintained.
Surely will visit again.

Dissappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. It is not Palace kind of accommodation. It is typical lodge location away from yelagiri centre. No good roads to reach this hotel. Broken inside the Rural village is the only road to reach this hotel. Also, Rooms are very old. Doors are rust & bathroom paints are wornout. Room has whiskey smell. Bedsheet & pillow has many hairs. Not worth for Rs.3800 per day that too without AC rooms. TV is not working. Cables are hanging. Electrition could not able to repair. Complementary breakfast is not that good taste. No alacarte Dinner in restaurant. Only buffet. That also not tasty. Swimming pool was very dusty & dull. Reception person not attending calls between 8 pm to 8 am as they left home for the day

Pleasant and safe stay for families
Went this weekend with family members. 10 people including elders. Took 2 suites and 2 rooms. Suitable for families. Good food, quick room service, cost effective. Safe environment. Mr Easwar in the front desk addressed our requests during the 2 days stay. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Looking for a Family accommodation??? Please avoid !!!
I stayed there for one day with my family, Room is full of cigarette smell.. couldn't able to tolerate at all.. frequent power cuts, no WIFI, room tv didnt worked.. got to stay in a small room with cigarette smell with the package of 4,000 rupees (Non-AC). Only Hotel to ask to pay all the balance before you check-in the room. Food is good but rest all were waste..
Bachelours might enjoy since they allow alcohol and cigarettes in the room.. but must avoid for family.. Deeply regret my choice... my Money was wasted and my vacation mood was spoiled

Great place to retreat
We had a wonderful time as a family at the place. Everything was excellent, the staff, the food, and rooms were really neat & clean worth staying, very nice place to stay in Yelagiri. The ground floor restaurant serves tasty breakfast, lunch and Dinner and has good car parking, a neatly maintained children's park, swimming pool. Certainly, recommend this hotel.
