Hosts absent and difficult to work with
Booked for a week stay through Booking.com. Location was hard to find, but neat and clean when I got there. Booked and prepaid for 7 nights. Had to change reservation due to health issue. Hosts refused to discuss situation or refund any fees.

La maleducazione
Accoglienza pessima, la proprietaria ci ha rovinato la serenità nei giorni prima dell’arrivo e ci ha fatto sentire poco graditi, rumorosi durante la notte (tipo movimenti dei mobili come ci fosse un trasloco in corso), non ho chiuso occhio, colpa anche del letto cigolante ad ogni movimento.

Vergognoso
Ho provato per 48 ore a raggiungere telefonicamente la proprietaria senza successo. Volevo comunicarle che a causa del maltempo non sarei potuto venire. Mi ha addebitato i costi della notte e ha ignorato ogni mia chiamata e messaggio su whatsapp. Comportamento vergognoso.
