美味的炖!
去吃午餐的一月寒冷的一天。 有一个熊熊燃烧的篝火旁边吃午餐的炖牛肉。 神圣的! 服务很好,位置很棒。 休息室很漂亮,感觉就像一个真正的爱尔兰酒吧老而不是制造"旧"爱尔兰酒吧你可以在这座城市。 它旁边就是格兰达洛所以强力推荐吃午餐或晚餐。

一个痛苦的噩梦Lynhams格兰达洛酒店, Laragh, co。威克洛
我们都是这家酒店的常客Lynhams是一个很棒的惊喜给我老婆本来他不舒服的一个很好的时间。 我们预订了3晚的住宿包括一个元旦&新年第一天休息和放松。 我们设法要1晚住宿好第二天晚上的噩梦的开始。 我们有孩子跑来跑去尖叫的走廊和关门声没有家长监督和楼上几个小时几个小时过去了。 还有一个巨大的参数中有几个早上4上午在坏了隔壁的争吵了好几个小时的碰撞和移动家具。 这家一直都和整体的体验是早上比痛苦更多。 我们收拾好行李离开了这家酒店和我们的住宿取消了新年夜的因为这是一次可怕的经历。 虽然她的最好的接待员没有经理或酒店的主人跟我们聊天。 我们付了完整和离开酒店的时候感觉非常伤害我们再也不会再每! 非常糟糕的管理各方面都缺乏沟通,纯粹的了解我们的经验和已经完成了全额支付的账单是一次可怕的经历其实应该是一个庆祝一年的这个时间。

Dear Mr Lowry
Firstly we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for your recent stay with us. As you are a regular guest here and have stayed many times you also know that this is the first time anything like this has ever happened in our hotel. Unfortunately when we check in our guests for their first ever stay we have no idea what they are going to be like during their stay – the room where the incident occurred between the two guests at 4am was the first time they have ever stayed with us.
With regard to the children running up and down the corridor – when you contacted reception at approximately 6.30pm to let us know the receptionist on duty immediately contacted the adult who was supervising the children and explained that we had other guests and it wasn’t permitted for children to run around and make excess noise to which she apologised and promised to keep the noise level down. After a few minutes the children did start again to which the duty receptionist went upstairs twice and spoke to the two children involved who then ceased running up and down and making noise.
Our night porter on duty on New Year’s Eve once he became aware of the incident began to deal with the situation. It came to Reception’s attention after the gentleman in question had checked out and paid. On his return to try to gain access to the room the receptionist called the Garda at the request of the Manager on Duty.
It is very unfortunate that you felt you had to check out as your stay was tarnished by other guests with whom we had to involve the Garda.
We do apologise for this isolated incident which unfortunately happened on as you say what is supposed to be “a celebratory time of the year” and we do hope that you reconsider returning to us as we appreciate our valued customers very highly.

可爱的酒店!
中心地带的一家很棒的小山上的7天深圳的! 房间很宽敞干净而且有一个很好的可以看到附近的河流。 接待令人愉快和热情。 最突出的就是早餐-要强烈推荐的是全套爱尔兰早餐有黒色和白色的布丁! 早上服务很令人满意,乐于助人而且高效!
