Terrible, almost a prison

I had booked four nights, the first was horrible, I found a room without a window and with a fan, I thought I would die. I had to leave and look for other accommodation that same night.
The next day they changed my room, that was a different story since it had a window and air conditioning.
In the end, they knew how to solve the problem.
It is very well located.

Terrible experience
The worst hostel I've ever seen, and I've traveled all over the world.
As soon as I arrived (unfortunately at night, due to a flight delay) I found a woman, probably homeless, sleeping in the bed assigned to me. Since there were no staff on site, I immediately contacted the emergency number: obviously given the time no one intervened, and the woman remained in the structure, sitting in the sofas. So I had to sleep in a bed paid for by myself but already used by another person, having no alternative. The next day I reported it again to the reptionist, but no one checked the security cameras or gave me any further explanation. For ten days I tried to contact the managers without success, at the reception they only replied that “they would report to the managers”. I was denied any refund, at least I would have appreciated an apology call for what happened, implying a willingness to take action to prevent this from happening again in the future. But none of this has happened. In summary: the hostel is totally insecure, anyone can enter the structure and the rooms (which do not lock), using the beds of others without anyone noticing. But the worst thing is that the staff and management evidently approve this mode of management, showing disinterest and carelessness.

I didn't like it. Nope!
Well.. next to the train, services are not bad, social area, provide towel and there is fridge and for cooking.
Mal.. distribution of services, smell and no reception at certain times..
Very bad.. there is no general light in the room, no ventilation or natural light, the auxiliary lamp uses a plug of the old and does not work, and other problems that would not let me write in this review.. the truth is that I did not like this Hostel at all, Nop!
