the location of the property was very close to the old city center. the breakfast is basic but sufficient. the room is very small there is no space for suitcases. the bathroom is very small.

No complaints: it gave us access to the old town (5 mins); Paulo was fantastic and attentive to any requests; the room was large and clean and everything worked (key here is aircon) and breakfast was good. Happy days.

We had a lovely time. The manager and the lady who cleaned our room were so nice and helpful. Very good and affordable B&B.

Less than expected.
The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as we expected. Almost everything was pre-packaged in plastic. Not fresh and bad for the environment. The only fresh croissants we got were undercooked inside. The coffee we had to make ourselves from cups. Everything was exactly measured per person. The location is however ideal to view Lecce very nice town! We were sitting on the street side and that was very clear.
