Good value for money and 10 minutes walking from the terminal
We chose to stay at “easy birding” for 1 night to take an early flight the day after.
Check in experience:
The manager WhatsApp me during the afternoon to ask me the time of arrival. He gave me the number of another guy, instructing me to send him a message 30 minutes before arrive at the B&B.
It worked out very well and Tommy was very fast answering my messages.
Check-in was very fast, he collected the tourist tax (3 eur per person), gave us keys and left.
Structure:
The place is an easy 10 minutes walk from the terminal.
The building from outside looks old and dilapidated but the rooms are quite new and refurbished. The family deluxe is quite spacious with a queen and a bunk bed.
The bathroom was clean and with some shower gel provided. Air condition system worked well.
No breakfast is served but there is a great local pasticceria just few minutes away which in the morning serves delicious “sfogliatelle” and great cappuccino / coffees.
To improve:
Shower court is very small. Few sockets and the mini fridge were out of order. As everywhere in Naples, it was plenty of mosquitos, so would be good to have nets or any other system to keep them away given it was very hot in August.
Overall, we had a positive experience and the value for money is fine.

Bad Experience / Threatening Message
It was stated it was 24 hour reception we got there 11am at night with two young kids. We could not get into the property for 20 minutes until someone buzzed us in.
We then got inside and no one was there to welcome so we waited for another twenty minutes until a man turned up asking how we got in. He was rude and had an attitude was not apologetic. Our kids were scared and we did not feel welcomed at all.
We left first thing in the morning. I left a review on booking.com and received a threatening reply (see screenshot)

Terrible.
We booked a Deluxe Family Room for one night on Booking.com because our flight departed from Naples at 6am.
There was no 24-hour reception as described on Booking and the pictures advertised on the Internet did not correspond to reality! Our room was in a house where the glass of the front door was smashed, the staircase was gloomy and rundown. The room was very modern and friendly in the pictures. In reality, dark, gloomy, dirty just gross. Neither the decor nor the layout had anything to do with the images in the ad. The balcony door was also broken and could not be locked.
The keys were very quick and the man was gone again. After a few minutes we checked out again (keys placed on the table and the door closed behind us) because the accommodation was totally run down. We felt very uncomfortable and disgusted. As a couple, people were really scared here.
We're writing this so that hopefully other holidaymakers don't feel the way we do and fall for this scam!

Ideal for what we needed
We only needed accommodation from our flight arrival at midnight to 6am, and for this it was perfect. Easy walk from airport in about 5-10 mins. Just needed to message manager when we landed, and he met us at the front door
Building looks a bit run down, but our room was absolutely fine
I would stay here again for early/late flights

Very bad experience
Structure located in a dilapidated building,
Which falls apart
The rooms are dirty hair everywhere
They don't provide shower gel, soap etc etc in the bathroom and above all for being a B&B they don't provide breakfast so it's more of a shabby landlady
I strongly advise against it
