Perfect stay
Perfect stay. Pilot spaces, helpful and friendly staff, reasonable prices, breakfast included, convenient location, luggage storage included, well-kept bar, clean bathrooms and no waiting.

Terrible experience
A brutal experience... I did not feel deserving of such treatment... I arrived there and they charged me for the room twice; it is true that I made a mistake because my girlfriend booked it on Booking and paid for it, but it is also true that I was there for a work trip.. They booked the same bed for me twice even though at that point I wanted to have a bunk bed for myself, as it should be.. Well... I arrived and to my surprise I found a tourist under my bed.. Until then, it was not too bad.. Around 2 in the morning, another person came in, waking me up.. I did not see that person again and I left.. A terrible experience to say the least.. Moreover, the rooms are not soundproofed and I was kept awake by a girl talking on the phone and by the one above who was walking heavily back and forth.. NEVER AGAIN

Gross.
Staff not agoliente... rooms with beds as in jail... do not recommend... badly behaved .. and respond badly... towels for a fee... Shared bathroom...I have no words

Experience in hell
The air conditioning was not working and after three room changes, we slept at 30 degrees. The employees said the manager told her he would return the money but the next day after three hours of talking to her or money or promised to fix the air. The plugs weren't working either, so we couldn't charge anything.

Terrible
I have never seen a worse hostel in my life. As soon as i entered the room there was a disgusting smell. The next day i woke up there was nothing in the breakfast although i went half an our before closing. Then i tried to take a shower and it was the worst of my life. You have to keep pressing so the water keeps coming but its only for 10 seconds then it stops. You have to press again. The water pressure is a joke. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Very expensive for the price. They dont even have laundry
