Great base from which to explore Abidjan
Excellent reception staff at this hotel. Melvyn was incredibly helpful with the many questions we had during our stay, and Ruth's help was also invaluable. Both very friendly and kind, as were all the staff members we dealt with. We felt very welcome.
We had a great time overall. The location is the best in Abidjan (which is a fascinating city), as far as we could tell, with great views from the terrace. Wonderful breakfast, in fact all catering is fantastic. Thank you!

Excellent Hospitality at Pullman Hotel Abidjan
We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel Abidjan. Special thanks to Koko Berenger and his team at the restaurant, and Melvin and Philippe at reception for their warm hospitality and excellent service.
I also loved how friendly and welcoming everyone in Abidjan is. The clean environment, cool weather, and the convenience of Yango made the trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Awa from the Gambia

The location of the hotel is excellent and ideal for exploring Abidjan.
The check-in was a bit cumbersome, however, as an additional form had to be filled out. As an Accor Gold member, I would have also expected at least a small greeting or gesture – unfortunately, there was no such recognition either at check-in or in the room.
The room was overall good and clean, although I would have expected a bathtub in this hotel category.
It was also disappointing that the pool was closed during my stay. However, I would like to highlight the massage in the spa – it was truly excellent and a real highlight.
Unfortunately, only a little staff spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. The service was also quite slow overall.
Overall, the Pullman Abidjan is a decent hotel with an excellent location. For the price charged, however, I would have expected a bit more service, attention, and comfort.
