Bad housekeeping conduct
I checked out of Greenpath because my main concern was that two housekeepers who regularly cleaned my room asked to borrow food and later took my food while I was not around. This left me feeling uncomfortable, raised concerns about trust and staff conduct, and negatively affected my overall experience.

Totally Unresponsive Staff
I booked a 4 bedroom apartment in this complex through Airbnb for next June. Looked great, was excited to go. Thought I would check that there was 24 hour reception as I planned to arrive late, and to ask whether the apartment complex could arrange transport from the airport. Wrote three times through the Airbnb app over a three week period, and sent a text to the designated number. Nil response. I cancelled. Who wants to stay in a place that doesn't respond to emails or texts?
Immediately, I received a reply. Yes. We have 24 hour cover at the front desk and yes we can arrange transport. It was too late. I had cancelled. But I think there is a clear indication here that the management of this apartment complex is very unreliable.

In der Küche lagen uralte Waschlappen herum. Schlechter erster Eindruck. Das Appartment mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, sep. WC, Bad mit WC, Schlafzimmer mit Safe wäre eigentlich gut, aber durch die beiden Grossbaustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Distanz zu unserem Balkon etwa 7 - 10 Meter) war der Balkon immer voll mit Staub. Der dazugehörige Pool ist ebenfalls durch die Baustellen unbrauchbar gemacht.
Positiv ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Reception und Zimmerservice.
Das Management ist aber leider nicht sehr flexibel.
