Beautiful seaside area
Stayed here for two days. The owners were lovely and the restaurant and bar in the hotel was a plus. Food was good and the outdoor seating was plentiful and very scenic.
Rooms were very simple but clean and sufficient for our needs. Luxurious no. But we spent most of our time in their lovely outdoors.

A good enough lunch by the Lagoon.
We visited for lunch on a day of touring the Curonian Spit. Most in our party were vegetarian which made it a bit of a challenge. We ended up settling on the lovely cold Lithuanian borscht with warm potatoes. As a vegetarian entree the serving could be a bit more generous with more potatoes. We also tried an omelette with the ham left out which was good but nothing to write home about. We also tried the Lithuanian root beer kvass made from d bread. This is a superior product to its American cousin with much less sugar, greater complexity and a lovely bite of bitterness. It was delicious with the common beer snack of fried bread with cheese. Prices were moderate, service was good and we were sitting by the lagoon. It was a good lunch.

Small, family-owned restaurant with rooms, and the owner will sing for you
This small restaurant is family-owned with a former singer and the proprietor. We began with a really flavorful soup of beef stock, onions, cabbage and sour cream that was delicious. Then we had very good pike-perch, lightly breaded and fried, served with boiled potato and a white sauce. Salad and cucumbers were accompaniment with a simple ice cream dessert. The proprietor came out waving her CD's and sang--it was more interesting than tacky, perhaps because of the family nature of the place.

Quite good
Small but charming rooms of rather modest standard. Preila is a quiet place, so it peace and relaxation is what you want this is the place for you. If you want more hustle and bustle you are better off in Nida. There is no staff after eight. You get your own key to the front door, and are basically on your own. As always on the Nehrung, it might be wise to have some food tucked away because at night everything is CLOSED. After ten it is complete inverted Ramadan. There was only one socket in the room, and that was used to plug in the TV. So if you are bringing a lot of electronics – come prepared!

We will never come back again .
So me and my family went here for a lunch .. order 3 soups and 3 main courses . Soup was good enough.. But all disaster started with mains. So we will still eating soup and they already brining one of main course. After we finished soup main already been cold so we actually needed to ask to microwaved it . My mom order a fish balls ... and it tasted like plastic.. also we found a hair in salads .. we never finished our mains .. and when waiters asked how was our food we been honest .. after couple minutes we actually can hear how this place owner talking about us being rude .. they not even said sorry ..So we paid 46 Euro for all this horrible food.. 10 minutes after we left my mom actually been sick in the street ... so the point of all this story is that I want to say , that food is prepared one week after and before they bring it over to you they just put in the microwave.. food is horrible, prices is unbelievable .. never coming back and I hope that nobody else will ..
