Best and most friendly hotel in Telšiai
The ladies who run this place are fabulous! They don't speak much English, but if you can manage Russian, German or Polish, you will be delighted. Also, even without English, they are very kind and thoughtful.
I have been here three times, and each times gets better.
Telšiai is a bit dull, I'll admit. I'm thinking there's a secret Pub that nobody talks about, to which they all go. Nežinau.
But you can't go wrong with Pas Stefą. Right on the lake, conveniently on Respublikos Gatvė. Lovely.

Good hotel
Location:center of Telsiai. Walking distance within city center and bus station. Lake nearby, so if you order room with a view to lake - feel free to enjoy nice view. Rooms are good, we did not miss anything there.
Service is quality one. You order time of breakfast, then choose what you want (and psst, you get free apple pie and candy, each time different).Food is cooked as you wait, so I think - no microwaved food. Breakfast was really tasty.
I would reccomend Pas Stefa, especially if you want to explore Samogitia from Telsiai.
