Good location
Cozy hotel on second floor of a building close to the old town. Rooms are big, basic and clean. Breakfast is nice. Location is very good.
Ladies from reception were very friendly. They accept cash only.

Clean & basic, but also noisy and weird.
I wanted to like this place, but end I cannot. The rooms are plain, basic and clean - so far so good, that's all I needed. Somewhere during a week of work meetings. But...the rooms are noisy, facing on to a cobbled street with fairly constant busses and traffic. The rooms are also way too hot for me, but maybe you like that. And then it's just weird, super hard to find if you arrive at night, no lit signs at all. And then the staff started hassling me three days before departure to pay, not just one but multiple time. Texting me, leaving postit notes in my room, and bailing me up in reception. Not cool. I cannot come back here.

An average place to spend a night
We have spent there 2 nights and my feeling are quite mixed.
B&B is small and located on the second floor sharing the same building with some offices and apartments. I believe once there were an apartments which have been rearranged into the sort of hotel.
Our quadruple room looked very modest or I'd say even Spartan. See a picture. It was pretty much clean however.
Sound isolation was quite poor. Breakfast consisted of packed items from a supermarket. The only hot items served there were boiled eggs, toasts and coffee. Actually they don't have any capacity to cook anything.
What we liked about that place.
Location. You don't need any transport while your interests are within an Old Town (including Užupis)
Parking. They provide you a free parking near the premises which is a significant plus because parking in the old town is quite expensive.
Hospitality. They don't have 24/7 reception, but receptionists while on shift were very nice to us. They answered all our questions about the sights and their proximity and also allowed us to leave our car few hours after we checked out.
Free WiFi worked fine.
In my opinion a price we paid was a bit high (70 EUR/night) but if you are okay with a price and you expect just to spend a night there, you can choose that B&B

Good quality-price report in an excellent location.
The entrance is tricky, on a sort of recess from the street you will find a door and the stairs will lead you to the BnB. The kind and helpful staff will open the parking gate that is round the corner (in Pylimo g). They were EXTRA-KIND to let us use it all day (check out was 12 and we departed for the airport at 17h30)
Room is pretty basic but confortable and clean. Bathroom is also Ok. Wifi orks well.
Breakfast is good.
Location excellent for old town, just 500m to university and 1km to cathedral

Outside terrifying.
Terrifying outside but cozy inside. Quatro room windows are towards the courtyard. In the yard a lot of cars that park their chaotic. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast mediocre. Location in the city is great. The Old City around.
