Elevator is missing and the stairs to the third floor were very narrow and steep.
Breakfast: filling the dishes was slow and some food was missing very often.
The location is good. Innergarden was charming.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location, basic room but very good bed and pillow, small but nice swimming pool, I didn't use the restaurant but menu seems very good. Breakfast was very basic, but it's ok if you don't want to look for breakfast place. I recommand.

Felt unsafe with the tub, nowhere to hold on to. No exhaust fan. Stairs are insanely crazy, and unsafe.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A short walk to most sights in the old town.
The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely garden with seating. The pool was very small but we enjoyed it.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Unsatisfactory no hot water for shower.
The welcome was great , friendly & helpful reception staff . There is no lift so if you book a cheaper room you might end up climbing the stairs to the third floor to an attic room with only a sky light for natural light. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean but not being able to have a hot shower in the morning was not good for me at all. When I checked out this morning I informed the receptionist about the lack of hot water and she did not apologise at all , but said YES , THE DIRECTOR HAS ALREADY BEEN INFORMED. So obviously I was not the only one to mention the problem today 12/05/26. My tip would be for potential guests is to enquire if the hot water system has been fixed on booking a room, and to request a lower floor room if you are old or have bad knees like I do. No I don’t want a refund or any compensation , not that I was offered , but the owners need to do something about the hot water problem , its just not good enough at the price.
