What a brill oh so magnificent MALTA TIME!
Enjoyed the wonderful stay!!!, if you’re ever here then check in at the pleasant PRIMERA HOTEL (from me 4 star) HOSPITALITY & SERVICES ARE OUTSTANDING, Amenities/facility super clean & tidy. All round simplicity with a good dose of SOPHISTICATION. The rooftop pool just rocks walahi. Awesome views too. Highly recommend.
Zillion thanks to everyone the GM Mr R Farrugia, my ever smiley receptionist Ms Akita, Ms Absarah, snr head services, you all are super amazing. Many thanks once more❤️

Enjoyed visiting Malta, area was noisy day and night, but we went during the world cup. So could excuse the excitement!

Booked bed and breakfast. Breakfast poor quality and the same every day. Very little choice. Cleanliness excellent as were the staff. No evening meal as advertised, disappointed with accommodation, balcony small and has concrete surround, I felt like I was in a concrete coffin. Only one small chair in room.

Holiday with Family

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to swimmable rocky beaches and the promenade. I was disappointed by the appearance of the hotel
The hallways and rooms are dark and painted a dark grey. The room was small and the balcony barely had room for one person. The beds were super soft and linens were sparse. The A/C functioned poorly in the room. The rooftop pool is small, but there is a nice sunning area. Pool towels are not provided by the hotel, but are sold for 8 EU! The basement floor pool and 'gym' felt like a sauna and very small. The staff were nice.

Not good

We stayed last week, met with a horrible attitude from staff member at the front desk, we had 2 encounters where she raised her voice at us for no reason, we also witnessed her shouting in reception at an elderly couple, attitude stinks for the front of house !! Do better !!! The hotel was expensive we got a room with bare minimum and a balcony that only 1 person can fit on !!

Holiday April 2026

Hotel staff were all extremely polite and very helpful. Rooms were ok but only had a very small balcony with only one chair it was so tiny. Paid for the breakfast on a morning at the hotel and for 8.50 euros each and it was plentiful and could have as much as you wanted. Huge problem on the side we were on as they have road works that started 6am till 6pm every day including Sunday and the noise was horrendous and we should of been informed by our provider as we would of chosen a different hotel.
