The Waterfront Hotel is set in central Malta, along the sea promenade of Sliema, and features views of Sliema's port, the Manoel Island and Valletta. The property is 4 km from some of Malta's most popular beaches.

One of the best hotels I have ever been
We could say Malta is crowded, sometimes not really welcoming because of the flood of tourists, that's true yes. But I came back on the island after my first visit 10 years ago and this hotel helped us find the rest we needed.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, attentive to details and very caring. They constantly check in with you, always there for you, always welcoming you with a smile.
We landed on a Tuesday evening and were directly welcomed at the 1Olive to enjoy and relax. Anu, Sagnik & Rikta were absolutely charming. Always there for us, always trying to please my pregnant wife, advising her in her choices.
Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was quiet, clean, great, with extra pillows as per my special request. The food was amazing, and the service scored a perfect 10/10 in our hearts. Hats off to Fransisco as well, who welcomed us at the gym/spa centre.
We've honestly never been to a hotel where the staff was SO pleasant to discuss with, to say "hi" to. That helped us a lot disconnecting, having relaxed conversations and enjoying our trip the best way as possible.

Perfection. In every letter of the word! Great for our Coeliac amigos!!
Whole experience was amazing but the staff are next to none! Every single person we came across was a pleasure to interact with. A special shoutout to Siddik, Rikta and Sohan for their wonderful service on Barbecue night, not a single thing was missed and they made the whole experience a pleasure to be at. My sister and dad are Ceoliac and every circumstance where it was mentioned, they went above and beyond in accommodating the two. The rest of the staff deserve credit too, from the cleaners, to receptionists, to the bar staff, to the chefs. The entire workforce at this establishment was incredibly lovely and I could only hope to work alongside people like this. Rooms were amazing, so perfectly clean and the cleaners left special touches which made the experience a little more perfect. The hotel was amazing, view was incredible, I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you all!

A very well located hotel in Sliema. We had a sea view balcony room which had a fantastic view of the Marina and Valetta. The room was quite standard furnishing wise - perfectly acceptable and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool situation would personally put me off staying again. Having to queue to access a pool at 10.00am wasn't great for me - as an early rise, I like to be able to sit by the pool whenever I like. But that's just me! Pool hours were 10.00am to 6.00pm. We did not have breakfast but did enjoy a drink on the rooftop bar (again with great views).

A very positive experience. It’s in a busy part of Malta with lots going on nearby, but it’s not crazy busy. Great breakfast - fresh orange juice squeezed in front of you, barista making great coffee, and a good range of tasty options. Nice touch at lobby with a mini-market via vending machine. Great views from rooftop bar. Only negative is that the open air pool is across the road and is super busy as it’s shared with paying members of the public. The hotel does have reserved area though. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Waterfront gets a strong recommendation from us.
