LACK OF ATTENTION
The room was very good, the breakfast was very bad, the staff's attention, specifically the managers, was very poor; they just walk around and do not approach to address complaints, they leave everything to the front desk.

Very close to the UP
Good location for those going to an engagement at the UP, you can get there walking. Also the breakfast is delicious and the staff's service in general is very good. It has a pool and is pet friendly. The rooms are very nice.

Worst experience with the hotel
I vacated the property over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received generic responses stating that my case is “under review,” with no clear explanation, timeline, or resolution.
In addition, I have sent multiple emails directly to the hotel regarding my refund and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication from the hotel, combined with the repeated delays from customer support, has been extremely frustrating.
This level of service is unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, especially without any meaningful communication or updates. The repeated delays and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue all available remedies. I hope this matter is resolved promptly so that no other customer has to experience the same poor level of service.
