The best hotel.

Since Saturday, Kevin taught me several mixology tips, and Fer and Erick were chatting with me; I was leaving the bar when I encountered hundreds of fireflies. I had not realized the memories and comfort I would receive here.
The next day, Roberto not only gave me golf lessons but also lessons about life. Geysi amazed me with the bees and the honey tasting, and Ernesto literally made me his assistant; I managed to create my own cocoa bar.
By the end, Selina took me on this spiritual journey that still has me thinking.
The magical place, the details, the jungle, and mainly the people make this, without a doubt, the best hotel.

Great experience

Just the hotel is spectacular, the service offered by all the staff is excellent, the houses have a perfect style for the surroundings and with the private pools they have each house is perfect.
As an additional fact that they can not fail to pass, in the afternoon night as at 6:30 must leave the rooms to the places of open with grass (those that lead from the reception to the houses).
They also have to visit the hives of the MELIPONA BEES and the small FARM they have.

Wonderful relaxing oasis outside the bustling city of Merida

Gorgeous, well-maintain contemporary property; stunning casitas and pools with all amenities; spa services were outstanding; excellent service all round; lots of extras - farm to table food. Beautiful golf course and well equipped gym. Easy to get around with bikes independently or gold cart ride on demand.

Artful and creative.

Fabulous experience. World class attention to detail and design . Staff was personable, attentive and very kind. Food was artful and creative. Accommodations and facilities were A+.
