The property was at a convenient location. I visited. Erida Mexico to go to a doctor at clinica de merida and the hotel was right across the street. So i liked that the room was okay. The pool very small. The restaurant is not clean. Very dirty. Staff was friendly.and helpful

not the easiest hotel to find, but maybe that was google maps. very limited food services in the area. the price was right and there is hot water.

RECEPTIONISTS ARE COLLUDING WITH POSTERS, EXTORTING MONEY AND STEALING!!
There is a network of extortionists, the receptionists of yesterday Thursday, February 20, 2025 at night and today, Friday, February 21, 2025 in the morning, are colluding with cartels, they were extorting money from us, we are employees of a company, as said receptionists knew our information: where we came from and everything, they put on a show, extorted money and robbed us!! Never get to this hotel!! We will do a legal process against the hotel, because this cannot be left like this!!
