Disappointed with this hotel. In need of TLC throughout. Very dated and tired. It was functional for our short stay, but wouldn’t recommend necessarily.

Terrible experience.
Terrible service.
The reception staff was very rude. I asked to change my room because the wall was literally falling apart due to age, and he got upset and was very rude. He had just assigned me the room and told me that if I had wrinkled the sheet or if there were footprints on the floor, he would not change it for me, or I would have to pay a difference. I had not been in the hotel for even 5 minutes, and that was the treatment I received.
I requested the continental breakfast they offer, and their response was negative. They argued that the board was not updated and that breakfast was not included in the hotel stay.
I wanted to use the pool, and it seemed like they hadn't changed the water in days. I didn't take the risk and only dipped my toes in the water.
In the room, the air conditioning remote control was not working, and the television remote had a piece of tape where the battery cover goes, since it did not have a cover.
I stayed three days at the hotel, and during none of them could I enjoy my stay due to the previously mentioned situations.
The charge of almost $800 per night does not correspond to the poor service provided or to the old and poorly maintained facilities.
It is a shame for those who work there in maintenance; there was a gentleman who was very kind, the one who is always sweeping, a very nice person.
Additionally, they rummaged through my backpack and stole some of my purchases; today when I arrived at my destination, I realized it and I request a refund.
I do not recommend staying at this place.

The parking is not free as advertised and is on a one way street that is hard to find, rooms are noisy you can hear what is being said next door. The bathroom is unclean and not really a bathroom. It rains inside the building

Room was clean, staff were very friendly. It's a little rough around the edges but still a great spot to stay righr in the midst of everythig.
