Many gnats in the evening and night. Could not sleep every night I stayed. Hotel is more for locals from Mexico. Not what I expected about this hotel.

It was not what they advertised on the website the rooms are super small and the AC was not working terrible views I and my wife really unhappy with the hotel and we dictate too move too a different hotel in the area

Please don't go.
Until the end of my booking I found the option to rate them on TripAdvisor. It didn't occur to me to check the reviews of the hotel before. Terrible experience. The details are plenty. You have to ignore a lot of things to enjoy what you already paid for. I understand that people like me who are not informed in more reference sources still subsist. I don't recommend it or I'll come back. They demonstrate zero interest in providing a moderately acceptable experience. Misleading photos, advanced deterioration, terrible cleaning, not even the overbed wanted to change me even though there was a dead fly, they just removed it and left remains of the animal there. In the night the power went out and the light plant felt it in your ear because they send you to some rooms glued to the stairs that you hear everything outside, the cars and trailers of the road, the other guests next door because the doors are next to each other, stairs denote that no one sweeps or washes outside, hair and flies dead also in the shower. No staff to help with suitcases. You have to carry everything up stairs whatever floors. You see older people battling their way up. I had to pay more to have my room changed since it would have been more expensive to pay again another place being that I had already paid there for the stay and they refused to make a discount or have the attention of a courtesy EVEN IF IT WAS a drink or I know. Literally indifferent to any comments you give them. The reception people do not even apologize for the bad stay they put you through, they argue that management did not authorize any compensation but until doubt that there is a manager. You really regret it.
