It is a real mess, without water in the bathrooms, dirty, difficult to access the room, it is a theft.

El personal de seguridad fue prepotente, grosero, nos amenazo con sacarnos del hotel por llegar tarde, y con sacarnos un arma y llamar a la policia ya que tocamos la puerta muy fuerte al rededor de 20 minutos por que no nos abrian para poder ingresar al hotel

Creo que expedía debería de validar el tipo de propiedades que ofertan a través de su plataforma. El sitio publicado como hotel, resulta ser una casa adaptada que tiene condiciones de higiene deplorables. No cuentan con estacionamiento ni tampoco tiene una área de front desk, la persona que te da las llaves es el cuidador de la casa / restaurante y se ve que las habitaciones fueron construidas provisionalmente. Piso de cemento, bases de la cama y sofá de cemento improvisado. Muy mal que engañen a la gente. Las fotos no coinciden con el lugar. Ya solo te mi reembolso

Muy sucio el lugar ropa de cama apestosa. Agua helada en la regadera y el segundo día nunca limpiaron el cuarto ni cambiaron ropa de cama ni toallas
