This is in a very convenient location with many services within walking distance. Parking was secure. Staff were extremely helpful, our room was lovely.

For our needs, the room was way too small. We were traveling with 2 medium sized dogs. And although IBIS is "dog friendly", there was no designated dog park or dog area.
Also, no coffee was provided - an absolute must.
The restaurant had a limited bar menu.
Had to ask for 2 additional towels.
On the plus side - Everything was clean. And for a single guest, most of the amenities and the size of the rooms are adequate.

Excellent stay
The hotel has good location, close to the airport, restaurants nearby, a bank and an Oxxo as well, the cleanliness of the room is very good, the size of it was excellent for two people and its amenities were ideal for my stay.
I will certainly return some other time.

Rooms very small, no drinking water in the room, no coffee maker, no heating on the room shortage on blankets

Everything was great absolutely great. My only complaint is the size of these rooms and the furniture or lack thereof. I could never stay here again
