This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payment can be made with card through our Paypal account. The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards and payments by credit card (Visa /Mastercard) will aplly 5% fee. Parking subject to availability. Car is not needed, prime location near bars, shops and restaurants. Parking not available but possible, bicycle available at the hotel. Beer, wine and any kind of alcoholic beverage is forbidden at Playa Canek Boutique Eco Hotel, the property has a restaurant and a beach bar on site. To help the planet and take care of the environment, solar panels are used in the Hotel. For that reason, air conditioning is available from 8:00 PM until 08: 00 AM. We are eco friendly: towels and blankets will change every 3 days. Transportation to the hotel can be booked for an extra charge.
