Great place to stay
This is the second time I have stayed at Una Vida. I loved it the first time and I loved it again. The staff are super helpful, the rooms really nice we stayed in a Jungle Studio which was spacious and had a very cool outdoor bath and shower. The hotel has a nice decor. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We also used the pool at the Bardo which is joined to the Una Vida by a pathway though the jungle. We had great service by the pools drinks and food. Overall just a brilliant stay. If I was back in Tulum I would come back here.

Una Vida Hotel in Tulum is an excellent place to stay.
I live in San Francisco and have traveled to many beautiful destinations, and Una Vida truly stands out for its peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful design, and warm hospitality. It feels private, elegant, and deeply connected to the natural beauty of Tulum.

Great hotel with added benefits of shared amenities from the Hotel Bardo and Hotel Milam. Staff we super friendly and helpful.

Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. It was little annoying but with the service we’ve gotten from the staff, this is tolerable.

The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed having access to Bardo’s amenities. 10/10 for everything.
