Fake riad and scammers
Fake riad and the people they always tried to get money from you. Are scammers they tried to sell toy everything like tourguide because they have convention with them as a commission don't trust anyone one more in this riad especially the guy who works there. So rude

Most horrible experience in Morocco
Horrible experience, staff incredibly rude. Room terrible, dirty, stains all over the bed and cushions, airco broken, much smaller then as described at booking.com. Whorst of all, the very intense sewer smell. Despite the fact we forced to pay in cash before we had seen the awful room, we left within 30 min. Do not stay there good raitings on booking.com are a scam, every few months they change the name of the place,

Absolutely fleeing – unacceptable and misleading practice
Booking of 7 double rooms confirmed for 18 and 19 April at Riad Fes Lile via Booking... and on arrival, we are sent elsewhere without any respect or explanation.
The manager picks us up at the medina car park and finally imposes another hotel (Taj Fes) — a totally misleading practice. Worse still: only 6 rooms available! As a result, two members of our group had to be transferred to another facility. Ineligible for a confirmed group booking.
The so-called replacement hotel is clearly beneath everything: tiny rooms, humidity everywhere, undignified conditions. Nothing to do with what was booked.
Breakfast is like the rest: poorly organized, not enough room, having to wait for other guests to finish before being able to eat. Catastrophic management.
This type of behaviour is unacceptable: total non-compliance with the reservation, lack of transparency, no consideration for customers.
I strongly advise against it. Avoid this property if you don't want your stay ruined.

WARNING: SERIOUS VIOLATION OF PRIVACY AND FALSE REVIEWS
I highly recommend this property. During check-in, the staff photographed my booking code under the guise of an inspection check. The following day, I discovered that a review (never written by me) had been published in my name, using my profile photo and slightly altering the account data.
They used my personal data to act without my knowledge, completely unacceptable and illegal behaviour. I have already officially reported the incident to Booking.com support.
Tip for future guests: Never allow staff to photograph your devices or booking codes. Transparency in this area is everything, and here it has been totally lacking.
Stay away from it!!

Important notice about this hotel:
During check-in , the staff photographed my booking code without explanation. The next day, I discovered that a review had been posted with my account changing my name without my consent.
This raises serious concerns about privacy and trust. The booking code is personal information and using it to post a review on behalf of a guest is totally inappropriate.
I advise future guests to: Please do not allow staff to photograph your booking details. Check carefully the reviews related to your stay and be careful when sharing personal information. I reported the incident to Booking assistance.
