I love it

I spent a stay at the hotel jacaranda, my stay was pleasant and I recommend.
The hotel rooms are very cozy and new.
I also had lunch and dinner there, the food was exceptional

Horrible

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit from USA in vacation since 2011 the thing every yrs the hotel go down last year I stayed and the room had no AC and my bed brook on me and the pool was super dirty I came in yesterday and I gave it the last chance I told them last time had bad experience they said we will make it up to you guess what the room no AC again the bathroom get flooded when you take a shower, no towels no phone in the room actually there’s a phone but no cables. The power length for the lightbulb by the bed is taped by duct tape. What is this?

A wonderful experience

I have already spent several stays here at the hotel, but since the renovation of the rooms I am even more satisfied
The person is very welcoming and kind, and I feel like home every time I stay here at the hotel jacaranda

Bad reception

Sunday, September 7, 2025 the Welcoming gentleman with glasses and bald was unpleasant because he did not understand me I wanted to change my room card I advise you not to go in the evening the two receptionist however very professional
