A colorful riad
A wonderful Riad, strategically located near the Souk and the most important square Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms and common areas are well-kept and colorful and the staff friendly, prepared, patient and ready to give good advice to fully enjoy the moments in Marrakesh. Thank you very much to all

Location and service
We stayed here for 5 nights in a junior suite. The staff were lovely and friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean. The location is ideal as it is very central to the main square. The terrace was a highlight. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning and much appreciated.

A Dream Stay in the Heart of the Medina!
"Riad Andalla is a real gem! Great location to explore the city, spotless environments and a very kind staff. Everything was planned through Said, who took care of the logistics and the choice of facility impeccably. Thanks to him and the beauty of this Riad, my bachelorette party was unforgettable. Worst experience in 50 years of travel
£I am a retired travel agent and have travelled the world for 50 years and i can safely say this establishment is the worst i have ever experienced I booked what i was told was a suite costing £100 a night I paid a £250 deposit in advance Upon arrival by down a narrow alleyway i was shown to my so called suite There was a double door to the room secured by a bolt and a padlockThe doors could not be secured from the inside as the bolt and keeper didn't fit The room (suite?) was dark and dingy poorly decorated with a couple of dirty scruffy mats on a tiled floor The room was about 20ft wide with a double bed at one and a very small single bed to the left at the other end (the beds were rock hard you might as well be sleeping on the floor)The so called bathroom was at the end of the room a toilet sink and shower in a very confined space.There were no amenities apart from a small roof terrace I decided to check out the following morning and they demanded a total of £500 before they would let me leave They were quite intimidating and my son who was with me begged me to pay them rather than have any trouble I stayed in another Riad the previous year at half the price and it was a palace in comparison Do not confuse this place with the Riad Andallaspa they are two totally different establishments I would strongly recommend you give this place a miss How there are favourable reviews on this place is a complete mystery to me

We are sincerely surprised by your comment, which does not reflect either the facts or the experience of the vast majority of our guests.
You booked a stay of 7 nights, with a deposit of €231 (30%), in accordance with our general terms and conditions, which are fully legal and were clearly communicated prior to your arrival.
From your very first night, you expressed your wish to leave the establishment earlier than planned. Despite this, and as a commercial gesture, we agreed to offer you 2 nights free of charge, which represents a significant concession well beyond our contractual obligations.
Regarding payment, it is important to clarify that:
The balance requested corresponded to your original reservation, in line with our cancellation policy.
The additional services you consumed (transfers, dinners) were also refused payment on your part, which is not acceptable.
We also regret the attitude displayed at the time of your departure, marked by tension and inappropriate remarks toward our team, which is known for its professionalism and sense of hospitality.
Finally, regarding the room description, it strictly matches the photos and descriptions available online. Our establishment is a traditional riad located in the medina, with its authentic charm appreciated by many travelers.
We remain, of course, open to any constructive feedback, but we cannot accept excessive and inaccurate statements.
