Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The staff, hospitality and property was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again on our next travels there. The breakfast and location was perfect as well!

We have had a wonderful stay at Riad Kaya and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to visit and close to the pick up points for the tours that we booked. It was amazing how quiet Riad Kaya was when so close to everything- a little oasis to retreat back to.
Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and offered a great breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here for an authentic experience rather than an out of town hotel with expensive taxi rides in to visit the old town.

Great stay , lovely room clean , and fresh towels everyday of our 3 night stay, staff very helpful and always able to ask any questions ! Lovely breakfast on the patio was a nice tough!
