Tranquil, beautiful and incredibly relaxing
Riad Kitula is such a beautiful, tranquil, welcoming, and really quite perfect riad, positioned within walking distance of all of the souks, yet still so peaceful. Each morning we had a delicious breakfast and each afternoon, a relaxing mint tea. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, and they all really made us feel so at home. We will definitely be returning each year. Marrakech was such a magical place to visit, but it really was Riad Kitula that made it so perfect and memorable.

Beautiful Riad, fantastic staff
We stayed here for one night at the end of our holiday, the Riad is stunning and right in the middle of the medina. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful, we arranged private transport through the hotel back to the airport and they arranged for my luggage to be carried in a cart through to the road where a driver was waiting.

Beautiful Riad
The Riad Kitula is really gorgeous, with a breathtaking inner courtyard and beautiful rooms. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, with a special mention for Salah who helped us a lot in our two days of stay. Breakfast is also from 10, both in quantity and quality.
We absolutely recommend this Riad to fully enjoy Moroccan hospitality.

A beautiful place needing renovation and more ambitious management.
A beautiful place, well located and with the patine of old artsy Marrakech, needing renovation and management.
Arrived quite late in the evening, all doors and windows of the room still open to mosquitos and huge flies in the bathroom. AC didn't work. Bed and wooden stairs to the mezanine, noisy and needing some maintanance. Breakfast was good and staff atentive. In the morming there was still some staff member sleeping in the sofa of the riad's living room. It was odd, because it was already 10:00. Check-out guy, and I guess the one in charge that Sunday, named Simo, really nice and professional.
Overall, such a nice place, with the most beautiful patio and terrace, and good online/e-maill feedback, let down by lack of investement in the Riad, and proper management. Still good for laidback clients, not too demanding, who want to enjoy the feeling of a private house. But in the surrounding area, there are greater options nowadays, for the same price.
