Worst experience of our life!!!
The photos speak for themselves...
We had to shorten our stay in emergency (2 nights instead of 4)
We did not have the key to our room during the stay, very dirty accommodation, wet, mold, difficulty breathing, belongings 'borrowed' by the staff, unscheduled visit of the staff in our room, blocked sink, blocked shower, belongings / things not belonging to us
The exchanges with the owner proved cordial and understanding at first. Then more news...
We requested compensation through the booking platform and won the case...
Unfortunately, this will not compensate for the inconvenience and relocation.
