Atmospheric riad

Polite, helpful and always present staff, wonderful breakfasts, EXCELLENT MINT TEA (the best in Marrakesh), huge atmospheric shower (which we had problems with at first; we flooded almost the entire room because we didn't know there was a special water flap and didn't remove it beforehand), but the same guy from the staff helped us solve this problem! They accompanied us on the earliest morning departures, which we booked in advance to do activities.
The location is close to the famous souk market.

It is not in the center and not even near the road. You had to go through a maze to get to this place and it was easy to get lost. Once, a guy followed us, but when he saw that we had stopped near the entrance (he probably thought we were lost), he ran away. So if you're not sure you can handle it, I would advise you to think twice.

Very hard to find
We are 2 ladies. We arrived in the morning. The Riad, we thought, was extremely difficult to find. Very dark alley and a strange door.. see photo. Be aware .. do not talk to any males.. any age.. we were approached by males of between about 5yrs and 70yrs.. being ‘friendly’ but actually all they wanted was money and got angry when we didn’t give them any. Its also quite far from the main square and restaurants.. we walked 18 miles in 2 days. The ‘swimming pool’ is about 8 foot by 6 foot. Bedrooms are very big, huge comfy beds. Communication with the Riad was not good.

Warm hospitality in a relaxing Riad
I travelled to Marrakech with my 12 year old son and stayed in Riad Sassa Finda for a week. Noudine and his team could not have done more to enrich our stay. The Riad is calm and restful, very comfortable with authentic decor. Generous breakfasts, served in the atrium. Noudine and his Manager were so accommodating and helpful, organising taxis to/from airport and directions / help with our holiday planning. We would like to thank Noudine and team for their warm hospitality !

Riad sassa finda is just magic
The staff is always at your service with a smile and they will prepare you delicious typical dishes.
The rooms are spacious and pleasant.
The location of the riad is just perfect 5 minutes walk from the souk.
It was an exceptional experience.
