Excellent experience, I would return to this guest house
Excellent welcome, I worked in tourism and I can confirm that everything was very good: professionalism, breakfast, room hygiene and quality bedding (professional). I have nothing to say, I come back fresh and I would recommend this guest house very close to Jemaa El fna square and easy accessibility to the new town (guéliz)

Worth the hassle of finding this place
I really enjoyed staying at this Riad. The view of the Atlas Mountains from the top was amazing, enhanced by copious amounts of mint tea.
It definitely felt authentic as the decorations and general layout of the Riad makes you feel like you’re in Morocco.
It was difficult to find at first but it was very easy once we got our bearings. The included breakfast was tasty and filling.
Fahd was our correspondence and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. He had a very relaxed attitude and ensured we enjoyed our stay.
I would definitely recommend staying here, but make sure you have a map downloaded before you go!

So bad
The worst experience in Marrakech. These people are dangerous. They move us every day in an other riad without a good explanation and they don't want to give our money back. They are liars. Avoid them.

Ended up somwhere else
We booked this Riad but shortly before our stay we received a message that we can't come because of an issue with a pipe. They offered us a different Riad and we accepted. In the end we had to sleep each of our three nights in a different place (the last one in Airbnb) which was a bit inconvenient. I read on a different platform that this happened to others as well and they had been given different reasons why they had to change the reservation.

Riad ottimo
Riad con una posizione comodissima per tutto nel centro della Medina, pulito e confortevole. Un enorme grazie a Hicham che è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta/necessità.
