Cozy, welcoming and friendly

Nice staff/bad manager

The riad itself was beautiful, and the staff working there in person were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were one of the best parts of the experience.
Unfortunately, interactions with the manager over the phone were completely different. After confirming our late arrival 3 times online, we were told on arrival that there were no rooms until the morning. It was clear that there were rooms available as we were finally checked in after being charged for another night. While I understand his reasoning, he was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that felt sexist and disrespectful. I was also left with the impression that he was not fully honest regarding certain arrangements and communication. Our original confirmation had the late hour and on the day of arrival had been switched. He insisted I had never been told it was ok to check in so late and ignored the fact that I had confirmation messages on my phone. It created unnecessary stress and left a negative impression overall.
I want to be fair because the staff at the riad deserve credit for their kindness, but future guests should be aware that dealing with management may be very different from the warm hospitality shown by the onsite team.

Nice little Riad in great location

Riad Hamza is a typical Moroccan Riad set around a central courtyard. Rooms are small and basic but clean. Location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Breakfast was nice served on rooftop. Staff at Riad very helpful and informative. Would recommend

Bellissimo Ryad

I loved the Ryad, I was looking for an authentic experience staying in the Medina and I had it. Of course the presence, kindness and helpfulness of Yahya who met our requests and dispelled our doubts both before and during our trip contributed greatly. We had a suite that met our expectations our friends of the double rooms, perhaps a little small and dated. The bathrooms would need a refreshment even if always extremely clean, (the door type saloon does not contribute to privacy) as indeed the whole spotless structure both in the rooms and in the common areas.
The adequate breakfast, served on the terrace, is not buffet style but served directly at the table. I would recommend this Ryad, I loved it (don't expect a 4 star hotel).

Great location to visit Marrakech

Perfect location near Jemaa el Fna Square but in a very quiet alley. The staff is always present, helpful and very nice. The excellent breakfast served on the terrace and presented with care. Room with very clean traditional furnishings. Daily change of towels. The bathroom a bit dated in the taps but very clean. Great choice for sightseeing.
