Pata Negra very tasty. Ossobuco is very disappointing.
Appetizer Pata Negra very tasty and nicely served.
Less enthusiastic about Ossobuco Ragout. Very little meat and a lot of pasta. Meat could have been a little more tender. Dishes very faint in taste.
Not like I know Ossobuco. Few ingredients. Just pasta, pieces of meat and thin sauce.

Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful.
Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins.

The accommodation was excellent, the bad thing is that it is a bit far from the center but there are buses so great. I stayed to go to Jin's concert, thanks for the kindness!

Lovely town, lovely sitting on terrace by the water, friendly staff, delicious lunch. It's that we had an appointment, otherwise we would have definitely stayed a little longer to enjoy...
