Delicious and cordial

The cottages are small and noisy (4 in 1), but cleverly laid out, clean and well maintained. We are very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast including the (automatic) coffee was above expectations. Outside it was a bit messy and sometimes too few parking spaces.

Nice active escape "room" from the forest with BBQ

We did the Escape from the Forest game at the Veluwe Poort. We were a group of 20 people. Upon returning from the game as a conclusion a delicious BBQ. Super nice location. Game was really very nicely organized. We walked for about an hour and a half. So not for people who are somewhat restricted with walking. The BBQ was also perfect for those with Food needs. Whether vegetarian or halal, everything was prepared with equal care. Even separated BBQs had been thought of. The drinks system with the receipts also works great. The drinks are written down on a personal receipt, and everyone pays their own receipt afterwards. Just thank Bart for the good guidance during the game and during dinner.

Fun experience

Nice experience to sleep here a night in a lodge with my son! Cozy and on the edge of a forest.
Everything was neatly clean and we received a super warm welcome.
Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice.

SUPER girlfriends weekend on the Veluwe

We had such a good time. Nice location, really welcoming staff. We did a puzzle tour with pictures. Then delicious eaten 3-course menu. Have a nice drink. Slept in the chalets. With 2 people fine to do, with 3 it becomes a bit more difficult because then someone has to go to the loft. But in the end all slept well. The next day, after a nice breakfast, first a scooter ride with electric scooters. Choice of puzzle tour or 2.5 hour route. Very nice too. Someone from our club had fallen. And all they asked was “are you okay” no fuss about the scooter that was damaged. Upon returning the afternoon tea was ready. Well cared for and tasty. Then the escape room which we didn't do anything but the fun was great again. That's how 2 super fun days came to an end. Especially thanks to the employees of the Veluwe Poort. Highly recommended.

Lovely cozy wooden houses!

Nicely located cozy wooden houses. Very clean shower, seemed brand new! We really enjoyed our stay, but due to the wooden construction with no isolation you can clearly hear the other guests in their rooms, even their ‘nightly practice’, quite well I must say.
Breakfast buffet was decent, but not included in the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
