Highly recommend

Been to Eindhoven many times in the past and stayed in multiple hotels there. This was by far the best I have stayed in and will 100% book again for my next visit in a couple of months.
Excellent city centre location. Rooms immaculately clean and modern, we were on the top floor and had a wonderful view. There was no noise from outside which meant a peaceful sleep. Elevators were sufficient for the number of rooms, even being on the 9th floor there was still no waiting time.
Good selection for breakfast, whether you want continental style or prefer a hot meal. A chef is on hand if you would like a fresh omelet that is made to order.
All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. You could tell they enjoyed working for the Pullman.
I didnt try the pool facilities due to busy schedule, maybe next time.
It was raining during our visit and umbrellas were provided by the hotel, a little extra touch in ensuring customers needs were taken care of.
Not the cheapest hotel in Eindhoven but for the difference in standards and service it is well worth the extra. I have already recommend this hotel to work colleagues and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Enjoyable Stay, but Cleanliness in the Pool Area is a Concern

I recently stayed at the Pullman Eindhoven and found the check-in process to be efficient, with attentive and courteous staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, meeting my expectations for a 4-star hotel.
The spa area, featuring a sauna and pool, was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed to notice significant mold on the walls and ceiling of the pool area (see photos). This is a serious hygiene concern and falls short of the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.
Overall, my experience was positive, but the cleanliness of the pool area requires immediate attention.

Not impressed with that cleaning in general and specially in the room

Fair to Good

I booked this hotel strictly because it had a pool. When I arrived, I was notified that the pool was closed for repairs. I unfortunately additionally learned that spa services were also not available. Only the sauna and gym were open. This is strictly a hotel for business travelers. I didn't think my room was as clean as it could've been, and the coffee/creamer was not replenished regularly. The location was god.

For us the best choice in Eindhoven for years!

"Very pleasant stay. The location is perfect and the available parking is a great added value. We were kindly received on arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated, neat and well cared for. The breakfast was also extensive and very tasty. Definitely recommended!"
