Super cool hotel!
Love the artsy vibes!! One of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed at! I spent a couple of nights here before meeting up with my tour group.
The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. I had some issues at the airport at the start of my trip, reached out to the hotel, and they arranged a car for me asap. They also allowed me to check in hours before the scheduled time. I really appreciated that after a long travel day. I was traveling solo in Peru for the first time, and the nhow team made me feel very safe. Everyone was personable and greeted me every time they saw me.
I received a complimentary drink voucher and redeemed it for a passion fruit pisco sour, which was delicious and my first one in Peru!!! I also received a complimentary passionfruit dessert. After settling into my room, one of the staff came by with a welcome dessert. It was such a thoughtful surprise
They also have a rooftop bar with great views of the city during both the day and night. I didn’t bring a swimsuit this time so I didn’t get to fully enjoy it, but it was a cool chill area to hang. I had a great stay and I would 100% go back!

Excellent design and service, with just a minor details to polish
The nhow hotel instantly catches your eye with it's vibrant aesthetic and high energy atmosphere. The common areas are beautiful, and the rooms are well-equipped, offering great comfort. However, the breakfast experience was not the best. I was particularly disappointed with the juices which were too watery and lacked flavor, unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Aside from that single issue, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would still recommend it.

Highly recommended and great breakfast
Amazing hotel Beautiful rooms and super friendly staff. Definitely try the breakfast at Nhow Lima!! It has a great variety of food and everything arranged perfectly. Tania and her colleagues are extremely friendly and accommodating

Honestly top notch beautiful hotel, every corner is picture worthy. Every detail in the room is thought out. I couldn't recommend it more. The Hotel is 10 months old so everything is new clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10. Hans at the bar made amazing drinks and was great talking to. Worth at least 1 or 2 nights here to appreciate the art in the hotel.
