空港からのアクセスが良く、非常に清潔なホテルでした。何よりもスタッフの接客と笑顔が、旅を良いものにしてくれました！ホテルマン全員が笑顔で対応してくださり気持ち良く、特にフロントのFatiさんはスムーズなチェックインを手伝ってくださり、チェックアウト時は、丁寧にご挨拶をしてくださりました。気持ちの良いホテル滞在は彼女の笑顔をはじめ皆さまのホスピタリティだと感じました。また近く利用させて頂きます！
The hotel was exceptionally clean and very convenient, with excellent access from the airport. Above all, it was the warm hospitality and genuine smiles of the staff that made my stay truly memorable.
Every member of the team welcomed guests with a smile, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Fati at the front desk. She made my check-in smooth and effortless, and when I checked out, she took the time to say goodbye with such kindness and professionalism.
I truly believe that the wonderful experience I had at this hotel was thanks to Fati’s beautiful smile and the outstanding hospitality shown by the entire team.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you all for making my trip so special.

Doesn't much the world of Hyatt experience at all
The check-in process was slow, and there were no face or hand towels provided. When I called to request the towels, the agent I spoke with on the phone was angry and annoyed.
The following day, when we were checking out, the staff promised that a manager would contact us to address the issue. However, nobody has shown any concern about it since then.

Amazing stay
Good food, clean place. Very friendly staff especially Florence from housekeeping, very clean and friendly.

Layover great hotel
Really nice and well maintained hotel, rooms were excellent. Nice pool area and in close proximity to the airport for a layover. Lunch was really nice in the Spanish restaurant however upon ordering alcohol at the pool after paying for lunch at the hotel restaurant I was made buy more food to get a drink, I felt this policy is totally unnecessary and also after returning to the pool an hour after a I left some stuff also tried to force me to buy for before serving me alcohol. This policy is not ideal if you want travellers to return to your hotel and some staff got a bit aggressive re having to buy food after only having food an hour prior, luckily one of the bar staff recognised me and all was resolved.
Overall I had a positive experience apart from this and I would recommend staying here as it’s so convenient for a layover.

Fabulous hotel and great value
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Doha it’s a fabulous hotel and great value for money. The Staff are amazing especially Namara and Yashdeep at the front desk and Betty and Co Co in the club lounge hi took great care of me. I’m truly happy to recommend this hotel!!!
