Très sympa
De passage dans la ville juste pour une nuit
Très sympa , le personnel est à l’écoute et très serviable des clients !
Chambre très correct et il ne fait pas du tout froid dans la chambre bien au contraire !
La fille de l’accueil se plein en 4 pour ces hôtes !
Le petit déjeuner très copieux !

Run as fast as you can!!
Run as fast as you can!!!!!! You can't make fun of your customers like that!!!! Accommodating 3 teams of children and not having heat! 0 degrees outside at night and finding out from the staff that the heating in the hotel has been off for more than a month!!! When we asked for thicker linen we received some miserable quilts from a cellar, torn, smelly!!! We were accommodated with 3 meals a day, breakfast was a mess! A few slices of ham, salami, some boiled eggs!!! No omelette, no tea, no milk, no cereal! Congratulations you just made fun of about 40 children!!! Shame on you! The employees just shrug their shoulders like they have nothing to do, the owner cannot be contacted!!!

After all day driving, here was a very relaxing sleep
We stayed one night after refusing to stay at another hotel. Without high expectation, we found at the reception a very helpful and polite lady/receptionist. The room is extremely large, the same as the bathroom. A bit of the negative side the fact that the staff is eating in front of the guest, in the reception lobby. The same very positive attitude in the morning with the breakfast. In restaurant, the food was very nice, all Italian dishes, the waiter a bit overloaded with tables but he made his best for a good dinner.

Pessimo
Hotel italiano pessimo nella gestione. Dovrebbe essere un tre stelle ma non mantiene ciò che promette. Nessun wifi perché nessuno conosce la password, nessun canale italiano in tv nonostante scritto a chiare lettere sul depliant il nome e il numero dei canali italiani, nessuna colazione (però fatta pagare). Alle otto sia nella hall che al bar del ristorante non c’è nessuno. Compare il gestore ed alla richiesta della colazione risponde: le salsicce stanno arrivando. Veramente io faccio colazione dolce!
La camera è sporchissima. Polvere dappertutto e dalla doccia scende un filo d’acqua. Solo due asciugamani. Uno viso ed uno corpo. Ma c’è il bidet!
Le cameriere sono scortesi ed altezzose, i menu plastificati ma appiccicosi e unti.
Infine...la porta della camera non chiude!
