The receptionist accent was very hard to understand and they seemed annoyed with me the rest of my stay for not understanding them. There were no luggage lockers, so people had to sort through their things in the common area, no privacy coming out of the showers through the common area to get back to rooms. The place seemed much smaller than advertised. People kept leaving the door ajar after hours making the luggage situation even less secure. I did like how clean the bed was, the AC in the room was great and it was quiet. I did like the small patio are with plants despite it being the back alley. The location was very convenient and felt safe.

No place to safely keep your bag. They really need lockers, a camera on the bag area isn’t enough for safety. Only two toilets for the entire hostel. Three levels of bunk beds to climb up to. The bed itself was fine but no shelf to put your things.

Cecilia is the only positive point I can mention. Those 2 stars go to her only. The hostel is primitively functioning. 2 showers and 2 washrooms for all the guests. Washrooms are almost in the kitchen. No pots and pans. No toiket paper in the washrooms; you have to take your piece before you go. There is nothing deluxe as mentioned in the description of the rooms. The lounge is no lounge. At least, the beds are comfortable. Thank you Cecilia for your professionalism and courtesy.

Good value for money
Well-kept and clean hostel, the very comfortable beds would need one or two shelves inside to be able to put at least glasses or mobile phone. The breakfast area would need air conditioning but overall good value for money is positioned behind Little India.
