Awful.
Possibly the worst hotels I've ever stayed. As soon as you arrive, the vent drops exposing all the machinery and all the dirt falls. We communicated and the girl (super friendly by the way) changes our room. The only good thing about the hotel was her. Under the room where we are housed, there is an inner courtyard of the hotel where the steakhouse service door belongs to the hotel, it is currently 1:45 in the morning and I am not awake for pleasure, I keep hearing knocks on the door dropping it without caring about anything from the people sleeping upstairs. They move empty barrels and throw empty glass bottles. It's purposeless. Almost 100% of the furniture in the room is broken, of which I will attach pictures. It is not recommended for anyone, neither hygienic, nor comfortable, nor welcoming. I think I'll rest more on a bench or in the car. Never again

Buenas tardes, lamentamos muchísimo su experiencia.
Estamos mejorando nuestras instalaciones poco a poco, el cambio de los muebles de baño está programado para las próximas semanas, le hemos dado máxima prioridad tras su comentario.
Es complicado cambiar todo de golpe, esperamos que pueda entenderlo.
En cuanto al ruido del restaurante lamentamos lo ocurrido, a ciertas horas del día es inevitable escuchar cómo llegan sus proveedores o los ruidos al finalizar su jornada. Estamos trabajando en una solución.

Family wedding base.
As long as you realise this is a real Spanish hotel not designed for the usual tourists, you will love it. Eight of us stayed here using it as a base for a family wedding. It was great. The bar and drinks terrace was superb and the staff very friendly. The room was basic but perfectly good for a long weekend. Compared to the prices in Madrid (30 minutes away), everything is at least 50% cheaper. This is an authentic hotel with a friendly atmosphere, good food, and everything we needed as a base. Bad vibes from the outside now...
I arrived at 22:00 and had to leave at 22:45, impossible to park, not in the “parking” that there were even cars in double row, not in the street, lost reservation and lost time... a pity!

Nice hotel for the weekend
pleasant hotel with plenty of parking on the streets nearby and quite a few steps to the front door. Facilities in my room basic but adequate (certainly for the price) and clean. The gem is the separately run restaurant and bar beneath serving excellent food with impeccable service.
