Comfortable central and warm
It is located very central and you can get everywhere very fast. There are many restaurants where the locals go. My room with balcony overlooking the pedestrian street advice of a hundred made me very happy. Drinking something on my balcony watching people go by is unique. Thanks to the staff they are friendly and leave us coffee, fruit and snacks to snack.

Bad.
The Superior room did not exceed 10 square meters bathroom without window included. The exit of the bathroom ended directly on the bed which then became a tatami. The shower with clear glass in the room without curtain or other pareos. Poor hygiene for breakfast as there are no single portions and staff control. Only positive aspects: the location and friendliness of the staff. Value for money exaggeratedIn my opinion to avoid.

İt is terrible
My sister recently had a frustrating experience with Hotel Cien in Barcelona. She was only exploring reservation options and, to her surprise, was charged 777 euros, despite canceling immediately as she doesn’t have a visa for Spain. She reached out to customer support right away but received no response for over a week. Only after posting a review on Google did she finally receive a reply, with the hotel stating that the booking was non-refundable. It’s disappointing to see the lack of support and flexibility in this situation, and I hope the hotel reconsiders her case and works to improve their responsiveness to customer concerns.

Wonderful, cosy, amazingly located hotel in the heart of Barcelona
Wonderful, cosy, amazingly located hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Amazing value for money considering the location. The staff I dealt with were nothing but lovely and deserve a special mention. Beds were comfy, noise was very minimal at night, bedside chargers and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Free and good breakfast was supplied daily and drinks and fruit/snacks were available 24/7. I arranged for a late late check in due to a late flight and this was done without problem. Given my experience I would more than happily stay here again!

Good
The hotel is located in central Barcelona in the first floor of a regular residential building. The hotel is rather small and provides a calm atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. The rooms themselves are rather small, but if you dont bring much baggage thats no problem. When I entered the room I found it in a clean condition and with modern furniture. Contrary to some other reports,I heard no noises in the nightt at all. That was probably, because the room was towards the inner courtyard.
For breakfast there was a moderate but sufficient selection of the usual breakfast food. You can take breakfast also outside on a terrasse. Free snacks and drinks are provided at all times.
Considering the price, the hotel was a very good choice.
