Perfect location! The staff was really nice and the room and commun areas were clean. As a boutique hotel of 8 rooms on the 1st floor, it does not have the amenities you would expect but the location is amazing... lots of restaurants and shops with a taxi stand nearby. The only downside is the walls are thin and we could hear clearly people in rooms next door. The check-in was a bit confusing but we did receive instructions with pictures and figured it out! Side note, the elevator is a traditional European iron style which we didn't use as we were unclear on how to operate it! But all the rooms are just 1 flight of stairs up.

Poor customer experience and dark room.
The hotel is actually an apartment converted into a 12 room “hotel”. There is no staff onsite. The property is very clean and quiet.
However: You will need to do a bunch of paperwork ahead of time to get your access code to get in the hotel. I did not see the email for this since I booked through Hotels and I got to the hotel jet lagged and had to spend 40 mins standing on the street in the heat trying to complete the formalities including paying city taxes. It would have been nice of the staff to let me into hotel first so I was not on the street and then process the required paperwork.
The autonomy is clean and basic. The room is quite dark with the windows fully frosted.
Will not repeat.

Perfect for our needs. We were only in town for 1 night. Room was clean, staff were nice. Easy check-in and out, and easy instructions for entry. Did not need to use storage lockers, but that is a huge plus. Would absolutely return again agin as it is conveniently located to great shopping and restaurants.

This place is amazing! Much closer to a 4* accommodation. Impeccably clean, super modern and comfortable, incredibly easy to access. Plus one of the best showers I’ve ever used.
The area was incredibly quiet and convenient, had no issues getting anywhere and most things were within walking distance.
Additionally, the staff were amazing. When we had an inquiry we were able to contact the 24 hour helpline and were assisted greatly. We were also responded to quickly through the Expedia messages. Fully fully recommend and will be returning!

Amazing location, with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Would recommend!
