Good
This is a small apartment complex (maybe 9) in a perfect location in the Old Town, a couple of minutes from tapas alley.
We had apartment 4B which was on the top floor. There's a lift and very small balcony.
The lady who met us on arrival was super friendly and was able to check us in early.
The apartment was basic, a little dated but very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The boiler is small so there was only just enough hot water for one shower before having to wait to heat up again. I also missed having a dressing table to sit down and dry my hair and do my make up. Both minor inconveniences though. If you're looking for good value, no frills accommodation in a great location then these apartments might be for you.

Pleasant and relaxing… just perfect!
Very pleasant apartment, well equipped, very clean and well located, near the old town and the beach. The owner is very attentive and available, always with a kind word. We had an excellent stay and we will come back with great pleasure!

Perfect for the old town first class
These apartments are basic spotlessly clean two minutes to tape’s alley & the beach we stayed the hole of January, small balcony but not a problem , I would recommend the apartment’s to anyone, Olympia the manager is a star nothing is to much trouble a loverly friendly lady can’t praise her highly enough we will be going back next year possibly for two month’s perfect for the old town

Good find
Dora is lovely, from check in to check out. We muddled through with her limited English and my limited Spanish.
The apartment I had was large and spacious, although fully stocked with every implement needed, basics such as salt and pepper etc were missing. So if you're going to even make coffee you have to buy in.
Not really an issue as it's two minutes from everywhere in Old Town.
Clean and well priced and located centrally. Great.

Clean and spacious apartments
It is in a side street off the old town. It is 2 minutes from the beach and the shops, bars, restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is clean. The towels get cleaned once. You have access to use the washing machine yourself. The bins or bed sheets don’t get changed. There is a lot of noise in the mornings from outside. However, it is quiet at night. It is a convenient hotel to stay in , close by to everything. The supermarket is ‘Mercado’s’. There is no basics in the apartment like salt and pepper or oil. You must buy everything if you want to cook. The owner is friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay here.
