How is that possible for that price!

We don't get it at all! A nice hotel in the middle of Benidorm. Spacious room, good sanitary facilities, very good bed, nice air conditioning and from the buzz on the street you don't notice anything in the room.
And then that breakfast! Very generous. Certainly by Spanish standards.
No, it is a mystery to us how that is possible, that location, that relative luxury and that for that very reasonable price!

Terrible treatment

We stayed from July 19 to 24. In less than the first 48 hours, more than 100 insect bites appeared on us, so we had to go to the emergency room, since the itching was unbearable. We informed reception that there was a mosquito plague at the pool and that we were also waking up with more bites at night in room 418, despite having bracelets and a mosquito plug-in, so we assume they were not mosquitoes. They changed our room and told us that the manager would get in touch with us. To this day, the manager never contacted us, nor did anyone else show interest, despite us presenting the report the doctor gave us.
We will never return to the hotel, nor do we recommend that anyone go. They ruined the vacation we were so excited about.

Excellent location.

This hotel could really be wonderful both for its location and cleanliness. It is unclear why they undertook a renovation with so many shortcomings that make it appear shabby. Nevertheless, I would recommend it for its excellent cleanliness, the breakfast with everything necessary, and the location where you can step out and be at the beach.
Very kind receptionist. Excellent value for money. Small but nice rooftop pool.

YOU CAN'T CALL IT A HOTEL

A mess. It has no reception and it is seen that they take advantage of all the people who go to Benidorm to get drunk. Already when leaving luggage we met several drunk people. A hellish night, sleepless from the continuous screaming and banging on doors and walls. Impossible to rest.

Think better before booking

I don't recommend it.
The area fine, and the cleanliness... and now.
Shower without pressure, and it didn't come out hot, so I didn't shower.
My mother was cold at night. April 27th and not a sad blanket for your feet. The pillow, worst of all..
Check-in time 16hs and check-out time 11hs, which doesn't seem very normal either.
He has no good comments, and I'm not surprised at all.
The price is not bad, but in benidorm there are more options for the same price.
Nice and friendly receptionists, I'll take that.
