Good experience
We arrived at this hotel urgently after having a terrible experience with another unjustly canceled reservation, and I cannot be more grateful for how we were treated. From the very first moment, the staff was friendly. They provided a solution instantly at a time when we were really pressed for time. It is a relief to find an establishment where the management of reservations is serious and, above all, where customer service is the absolute priority. The location is good and suitable for one night; it has air conditioning and a terrace.

Bad Expectation
Lousy hotel dirty. Balcony doors were coming out. They cut off my room water. My wife had to go and claim it open. It's too bad that hotels like Allan in such a beautiful city.

Not recommended for anyone!
A horror, bad service, old and broken room, rusty bathtub, bugs in the toilet, broken headboard, broken bed lamps, broken and dirty window, plugs out, broken fire alarm, broken door, no shower soap, call to the guy who told me he would go in two hours and didn't show up, I don't recommend it for anyone, I really say it, it's a shame

The reception worker received us in a very bad manner, disrespecting us, lousy room and no cleaning.
Terrible service, the reception spoke very badly to us, the room did not have heating, cold water, we had to move half naked to another room because it did not work, dirty sheets, I will never return, terrible service, the location if it is worth it is central.

Bad experience
Not recommended hostel. All very old. The air conditioning was leaking, we had to put a towel on the floor because of the puddle. To plug it in or turn it off the remote didn't work, you had to get on the chair to do it.
Slippery bathtub, with nowhere to hold on to get in or out. Not a bad hanger to hang towels, not a bottle of gel.
Nothing to do with the photos on the hotel page.
I wouldn't go again.
