Small hotel, very pleasant experience
Very good experience. We loved the family character of the hotel, which is small and for its nice facilities. The location in height makes a very nice breeze that makes bearable this torrid June we are having.
They have treated us very well, they are all very friendly.

Food was sublime with service to match
Fantastic food at a great price too with service to match
We had the menu of the day and none of the party were disappointed why would they, no one could fault this place service quality or food. It’s a little off the beaten track but oh my god what a gem, don’t take my word for it, try it yourself

Brilliant Hosts, And Brilliant Food
We have been renting a villa in Calpe for the the last 14/15 years, It's 10 mins down the road from the Gran Sol hotel , we have never been before and whish we had, I booked sunday lunch for my wife and myself for the first week we were there, from the minute we went in, we were greeted like old friends, Bradley and his partner are absolutely brilliant , she's 6 months pregnant and she never stops working, The food was top notch , it was so good I booked the same time and table for the following week The head chef is a bloke called Lewis, excellent at his work and also so so friendly, We are back in September and will definitely be going there for our Sunday lunch, it's a 5 minute car/taxi ride up from the main street in Calpe if you're in the area , do yourself a favour and try it, you won't regrett it, I only wish I had started going years ago.

Spectacular stay
Spectacular stay in this small family hotel, unbeatable treatment, familiar and very pleasant.
They are making our stay very pleasant and fun.
From the first to the last worker, charming and very attentive.
If you are looking for proximity to the beach and hustle and bustle, this is not what you are looking for.
You need a car to get to the beach.

A lovely week in a super hotel
A lovely hotel set on the beach in sunny Calpe. Our first stay at an adult only hotel and we all enjoyed the experience. No splashing at the swimming pool which is adjacent to the hotel and a DJ playing at the poolside. Towels are provided and these can be taken to the beach as well. Parasols can also be borrowed for taking to the beach. The rooms were spacious and well equipped having a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a safe. The only thing missing was a kettle for the tea drinkers in our party. The breakfasts were really fantastic and there was everything in offer that you could possibly wish for - we were bed & breakfast . The pastry bar sported a wide variety of cakes and buns so it was cake for breakfast every morning, with a musician accompanying in the dining room. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the local supermarket is situated under the hotel which is very handy. There is a wide range of shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel, including east access to the old town. A lovely stay in one of our favourite Spanish resorts
