A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel offers on-site parking spaces at a cost of €15 per day per vehicle, subject to availability and prior reservation. We also have a parking space with an electric vehicle charging point available by prior reservation. This parking space with an electric vehicle charging point incurs an additional charge of €15 per day, which is added to the parking space fee. This charge is a flat daily rate, regardless of the number of charges or charging time during the day. (Please note that these chargers are only compatible with European and American car models.) Guests must show a valid identification document and a pre-authorization of €250 will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages. Arrivals with more people than those confirmed and declared in the reservation confirmation (children included) will not be accepted. We do not have extra beds in any of the rooms, the maximum occupancy being that indicated in the reservation capacity. In case of early departure, the accommodation will charge you the full amount of the stay. Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays for weekly rest. We request an "appointment" for the use of the Spa Circuit and treatments in order to guarantee availability upon arrival.
